Hextasy offers a customer-friendly cancellations and refund policy for its 3D-printed board game inserts and accessories. We prioritize simple, hassle-free resolutions while accounting for the nature of custom manufacturing.
Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel orders within 8 hours of placement, provided production has not started—we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method promptly. After 8 hours or once printing begins, cancellations are not accepted due to material preparation and queue commitments. Contact us via email or WhatsApp for quick processing.
Product Expectations
3D-printed items naturally feature slight variability, layer lines, and minor cosmetic imperfections as part of FDM/resin printing—these are expected and not grounds for returns or refunds. Returns and claims are limited to damage occurring during shipment, not during use or handling.
Returns and Replacements
For shipment damage (e.g., broken parts, crushed packaging), we make it simple and hassle-free. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID—we'll arrange a free replacement at no cost. If the replacement doesn't resolve the issue or you prefer a refund, we'll process a full refund after inspection (typically within 3–5 business days of return receipt). No returns for change of mind, usage damage, or normal printing characteristics.
Return Process
Contact us first via email (support@hextasy.in) or WhatsApp (+91-9492120624) with order details, photos/video of damage, and unboxing proof if possible. We'll provide a return label or instructions (we cover shipping for valid claims). Ship back securely; upon verification, replacements ship immediately or refunds issue to your original payment.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds process within 3–5 business days of receiving the return, plus 5–7 working days for bank crediting (per RBI guidelines). Partial refunds apply if damage is minor and repairable. We reserve the right to deny claims not meeting these criteria.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital files (STLs), custom personalized prints post-production, or clearance items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. All sales final once dispatched for these.
